As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with eCommerce and digital marketing business stakeholders and executives to drive new eCommerce and digital marketing capabilities.
You will use agile methodologies to analyze, define and document business requirements. You will work with architects, digital designers and developers to create web-based capabilities that deliver e-commerce and digital marketing capabilities.
As a leader, you will guide other business analysts and team members on the journey to adopting Agile. You will leverage your excellent communication and collaboration skills and be open and generous with sharing your knowledge and experiences to help others.
You will work with geographically dispersed teams, and be skilled at communicating across cultures. Ideally, you come from a technical development background and understand the needs and dynamics of software development teams.
You will rely on your strong analytical and organization skills to manage the myriad of details that must be thoughtfully considered and communicated to succeed in your job.
Responsibilities
Seek to understand the true business problems and opportunities behind project requests and business requirements. This role does not simply document requirements for prescribed solutions, but rather is deeply involved in and influential in determining the best overall solutions to business problems. Develop a broad understanding of current state and future state processes and architectures in order to support and influence the evolution of eCommerce and digital marketing systems. Participate in project impact analysis and provide insight and influence to IT and Marketing management on how to best fulfill requirements with current systems and processes. Leverage a well-defined agile process (Scrum/Kanban) for assessing and prioritizing work requests, organizing and decomposing requests into tasks, gathering functional requirements and success criteria, developing user stories and all other associated artifacts to backlog the task in preparation for development. Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to small team of Business Analysts including work assignments, mentoring on BA and Agile best practices, and monitoring performance.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in business analysis, project management or a related technical field Experience with eCommerce platforms and/or Digital Marketing systems Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups to include planning, presentations and topic moderation Experience with executive and cross-functional presentations and communication Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills Experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite of tools, or similar development process tools 2 years progressive experience using an Agile systems development methodology Requires minimum of 3 years people leadership experience including making work assignments, tracking progress, mentoring/coaching on BA best practices, evaluating performance, and giving improvement feedback Experience with consumer facing web applications is a requirement Experience with e-commerce or marketing industry is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
