Our 12 week Summer Internship Program is held at the Lands' End corporate headquarters in Dodgeville, WI. Dodgeville is a community of about 4,000 that offers charming restored buildings with plenty of stores, specialty shops, restaurants and professional services. Nearby Governor Dodge State Park is Wisconsin's largest with over 5,000 scenic acres, two lakes, and a waterfall. Dodgeville is located just 45 minutes from Madison.
As a Lands' End intern, you'll join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of schools and areas of study for the 12 week Summer program. Some highlights of our summer internship program include:

As a growing retailer, Lands' End is continuously employing new business strategies to meet and exceed the desires of customers. As a Graduate level intern, you will not only lead practical business projects with measurable deliverables, building a business case that includes identifying opportunities, researching best practices and benchmarking, performing market analysis, and developing market strategies, you will also make recommendations and present your findings to senior leadership. You will work alongside many of our top leaders on projects and initiatives key to our business success. In addition, you will analyze current processes and make recommendations to find greater efficiencies. Your work will have a lasting impact on the future success of our business.
Successful Graduate Interns possess the following:
Pursuing an MBA and have 2
years experience in a related field
Strong leadership and relationship builder with demonstrated project management skills
Innovative and critical thinker with the ability to continuously operate strategically and work cross-functionally.
Experienced in developing presentations and summarizing findings
Able to develop financial models
