Lands' End is publicly traded and listed on NASDAQ under the trading symbol (LE). The Email Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day creation and execution of consumer emails. The Email Operations Manager will be a critical member of the Marketing team. He/she will be responsible for managing all aspects of email operations from start to finish. The Email Operations Manager will serve as the product expert in the Email Service Provider tool to ensure that we are leveraging the complete set of functionality to drive customer engagement and revenue among our existing customer base. This role requires a person who has hands-on experience in email operations and who is very detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Manage the process of creating and executing email marketing campaigns. Own campaign set up, validation, execution, testing, and delivery using Yesmail platform. Coordinate across various internal partners such as Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Creative teams to ensure emails are created, approved and delivered on-time. Maintain timely reporting and documentation of email campaigns. Define key performance indicators and build reporting dashboards Perform ad hoc analytics projects Integrate learning to ensure optimal email results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation. Automate processes to maintain an efficient and scalable e-marketing program Serve as an expert in understanding the capabilities and functionality of the email platform and ensure that the functionality of the email system is being fully leveraged. Optimization of marketing performance through A/B testing, life cycle management, personalization, and dynamic content.
Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing or related field 3 years of experience executing email campaigns in a marketing/advertising agency or corporate marketing department Must have hands-on knowledge in all aspects of email marketing operations Deep understanding of email marketing techniques and best practices Knowledge of major ESP platforms Solid knowledge of email construction, including HTML, CSS and variable data scripting Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environment and manage programs with cross-functional teams Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize tasksEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
