We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Retail Finance. Lands' End is a multi-channel retailer offering products through specialty catalogs, the Internet, and retail stores.With 50 years of experience, Lands' End is world renowned for superior customer service and is recognized as an innovator in the industry.
As the Senior Finance Manager - Retail, you will play a key role in the success of the Lands' End Retail efforts. Utilizing sound business knowledge with leadership and consultative skills, you will provide the information, insight, and guidance required to effectively operate the business, while identifying and addressing the financial impact of business decisions and strategic initiatives. Key to your success will be the ability to interact with all levels of management and communicate effectively and in a timely manner the results of retail efforts. This position requires a seasoned financial professional with a high level of both technical and interpersonal skills.
Reports to the Director - Financial Planning & Reporting
Partners with the Retail Division Leader, other Division Leaders, and works closely with other Financial Planning and Business Finance teams
Successful candidates will have 7
years of retail experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:
Bachelor's degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)
CPA or MBA preferred
Possess a strategic approach, sound business judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong leadership skills and proven abilities to inspire and manage a team
Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning in a retail setting
Experience in strategy formulation and evaluation
High proficiency in selected PC and mainframe financial applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organization
