Job Description
As the Senior Financial Analyst - International Finance, you will play a key role in the success to our growing International division. Utilizing your knowledge of international business, currency risks, and other international financial practices, you will build partnerships within the division management team and the in-country financial teams in the overall financial planning and analysis, capital planning, expense management, P&L; analysis, etc. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions. Lands' End currently has operations based in the UK, Germany, and Japan, as well as international responsibilities at the corporate level.
Reporting
Reports to the VP - Business Finance
Partners with business leaders from our international locations, in-country finance teams, other Division Leaders, VP - Financial Planning and works closely with other Financial Planning and Business Finance teams
Skills/Requirements
Successful candidates will have 5
years of direct experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:
Bachelor's degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)
CPA or MBA preferred
Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning
Solid understanding of Accounting, excellent financial/analytical skills
Possess a strategic approach, sound business judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset
International exposure preferred, with the ability to understand impact of foreign currency changes on financial statements
High proficiency in selected PC and mainframe financial applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organizationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
