Key to this effort is business process redesign and organizational change management.
The Director of Lands' End's ERP Transformation for the business will have responsibilities for leading the change management and business process evolution for the global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation focused on delivering transformational business capabilities in areas including financial accounting & reporting and master data management. Additionally you will play an important collaboration role in the implementation of other ERP capabilities. You will partner with internal business and technology teams to ensure the ERP Transformation fully delivers the re-engineered business process, organizational, and change management outcomes necessary to unleash the planned financial and operational business case.
You will formulate, implement and drive strategies that optimize agility, speed, creativity and flexibility. You will leverage your deep understanding of business process, ERP capabilities and retailing, along with a strong base of SAP or Oracle experience to deliver solutions that support the overall business intent and brand goals. You will provide direction to your team of functional business leaders while acting as a role model for the principles, philosophies, and values of the company
Reporting Vice President - Business Transformation Officer
Responsibilities Directly building, managing and leading a team focused on delivering world-class ERP capabilities to support functional disciplines within Lands' End's including financial accounting & reporting and master data management. Collaboration with leaders of other ERP capabilities including inventory planning and management, purchase order management, pricing and promotion management, and customer order management. Managing business process teams through the coordination/delineation of work through third party system integrators and internal business team members. Effectively leading geographically distributed locations and teams in both the US and international regions Collaborating with internal business and technical teams to ensure organizational change management activities are executed while ensuring the utilization and adoption of new ERP capabilities. Defining and delivering business process roadmaps that align with technology platforms that support Lands' End's business strategies Partnering with IT to identify, evaluate, and select a third party partner to assist with application integration, development and support to staff project delivery roles that meet delivery standards across quality, throughput, and budgetary goals. Owning direct accountability for overall project/program delivery of your business capability teams ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects that meet scope, timing, and cost goals.
Skills/Requirements Proven success in a fast-paced environment. Must have retail, consumer goods or other market relevant experience associated with e-commerce and digital business models. Prior implementation leadership experience with large-scale ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle and including financial and master data implementations. Proven ability to effectively lead large projects from inception through to implementation while delivering within budgetary agreements. Capable of effectively translating ERP software concepts into robust business processes. Experience with effective executive communications and interactions. Excellent listening, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Direct communication style and demonstrated ability to facilitate groups/teams to include planning, presentations and moderation. Effectively able to solicit information for appropriate sources. Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems and adapt to different work environments. Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills through previous work assignments. Ability to negotiate for resources, budget dollars and contracts for projects.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
