As a Creative Account Manager in the Lands' End Creative department, you will be responsible for managing global omni-channel projects from initiation through successful completion, working with project owners, company leaders and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, scope, resource needs, schedules, budget and success metrics.
Requirements Manage projects efficiently and effectively from initiation thru completion working with project sponsors (owners) and stakeholders. Manage weekly project planning meetings with project team members (plan, set-up, facilitate, document, recap, communicate).
Closely interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, Planning, IT, Operations, etc.) to successfully manage projects. Generate status updates and reporting for all channels and medias and communicate key information to business partners, both internal and external, for improved decision-making.
Lead key company projects by identifying measurable business results that define success. Determine and communicate expectations and milestones to cross-functional team leaders and members. Facilitate change management thru trade-off analysis.
Oversee, manage and be responsible for multiple diverse and critical projects at the same time.
Manage digital projects thru their lifecycle process, such as websites, banner ads, emails, user-experience enhancements, video, etc.
Assist with careful collection, analysis, coordination and communication of information in a timely manner to be used for key corporate meetings and business decisions. Retrieve key information from company databases and summarize information for decision-making. Provide critical information and reporting for Lands' End leadership.
Maintain software skills to manage key information in a central repository.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

years of demonstrated project management or operations process experience.
Strong computer skills. Experienced with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
Highly developed interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
Understanding of systems and data collections tools, such as Business Objects.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Works independently and is self-motivated.
Understands the retail customer, business model, success metrics and processes.
College degree in Business, Project Management, Finance or related field.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
