As a SYW Analyst, you will serve as a partner to our growing Retail and U.S. Direct business units. You will play a key role in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various SYW opportunities and decisions.
Responsibilities:
Work within and across teams to provide analytics and modeling insights related to SYW events
Understand operational challenges and provide baseline key performance metrics
Contribute to on-going reporting and tracking dashboards to continuously monitor impact
Contribute to process of implementing new tools and data marts
Contribute to development of improved infrastructure needed to support advanced analytics
Execute projects within aggressive timelines
Contribute to cross-functional teams
Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:
BS or BA Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance or other related fields with emphasis in quantitative methods is a plus
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working with technical teams; effective people and communication skills
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Experience with SQL and/or MS Excel, SAS, Tableau or Microstrategy is a plus
Experience using analytic methods to solve business problems
Experience in Marketing Analytics is a plus
Must have good organizational skills
Desire and ability to use data and business knowledge to influence others
Accepts ownership of a variety of challenging deliverablesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
