This role requires the ability to leverage technical business skills and customer facing skills in both a face to face and virtual team environment. Candidates will be managing and overseeing technical projects to achieve on-time / on-spec project completions. Hands-on experience in analysis of technical issues and/or prior application development experience is required. The Project Manager will be responsible for the program status reporting. Including high level project communication with client and RRD leadership teams. The candidate will lead diverse teams of multiple skills to successful outcomes, while documenting all meetings, decisions and outcomes. The ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures, and effectively interact with Subject Matter Experts is crucial to success in this position. Applicants should also be specialists who can apply their technical and functional skills in both an internal or external client service. RRD is looking for candidates that can adapt and act as a true consultant for our very large client base.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Operates in a team environment dedicated to bringing new customers onboard.
Provides key discovery of customer operations and ensures smooth transition of work into operations.
Provides project management for all technology implementation.
Provides continuous process improvements suggestions and support for existing clients on workflow and technology.
Provides feature requests based on client interaction.
Interacts with both internal and external customers with all elements related to customer implementation.
Creates effective technical documentation to facilitate implementation of services.

Bachelor's degree in computer technologies, print technologies, related field or equivalent.
At least 3 years experience in Program or Project Management in Application Development projects ideally in Java, Oracle, SAP and ETL-Informatica
At least 5 years experience in Customer Presentation skills
At least 2 years experience in managing and leading application development projects handling multiple projects at a time.
Commitment to maintain a high-performance, service and solution-orientated culture.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
PMP certification is preferred, but not a requirement.
