Program Manager/Senior Project Manager
Dodgeville, Wisconsin
As Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of end-to-end projects that produce business capabilities and technical solutions in support of strategic growth. You will implement and drive initiatives that optimize agility, speed, creativity and flexibility. Most importantly, you will leverage your deep understanding of Lands' End's strategies and customer needs, as well as your strong relationships with business partners to deliver solutions that support the overall business intent and branding goals. Project teams and IT professionals will look to you for direction, as you simultaneously demonstrate the principles, philosophies, and values of the company in a lead-by-example manner.
To qualify you should have a Bachelor's degree in a Computer- or Business-related field, or the equivalent in experience. You'll need 6
years of managing large, complex projects and programs, proven leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to function effectively within a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. You must be adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, as well. Your resume must show prior experience with internal development as well as software package implementation. Your highly developed interpersonal/communications skills will support you well in working with all project stakeholders, from business and technical leaders, to developers and technicians.
