The international shipping price you see is for USPS Priority Mail but check with me because sometimes I can ship it cheaper with Fedex international delivery service. The autoharp is in overall good used condition. I am not an expert but the strings look to be in good shape and all of the chord bars seem to function properly. It could use cleaning because there is dust under the strings and it has a few scratches but overall nice condition. The case could use cleaning.
